At What If Counseling, therapy isn’t about endless deep-dives into the past or abstract advice that doesn’t apply to real life. I specialize in therapy for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burnt out—and want a different way forward.

My approach blends evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy with a compassionate, client-led focus.

Whether you’re seeking ADHD support, stress management, recovery tools, or help with body image, therapy will always be grounded in what matters to you and paced in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
